Production Process

1. Powder processing and powder formula

The company's experts form a research and development team to study advanced ceramic materials, publish more than 100 academic papers, apply for 5 Chinese invention patents, and more than 20 utility model patents. We have advanced technical process technology and master the powder processing formula.

2. Ceramic molding

Dry pressing, isostatic pressing, injection molding, tape casting, hot die casting, slip casting, gel molding and extrusion molding.
Which molding method to use is mainly based on process requirements, product processing difficulty, and processing requirements.

3. Sintering

High-temperature sintering is usually required to obtain ceramic raw materials. The general sintering temperature is between 1520 and 2000 degrees. Under high temperature, the internal molecules of the ceramic change, and the hardness of the ceramic that is finally sintered is enhanced.

4. Precision machining

Precision machining includes surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, centerless grinding, CNC engraving, polishing, punching machines, lasers, double-sided grinders, etc. We have complete equipment and mature technology.

5. Inspection

For each production process, the personnel at the post will conduct self-inspection, and then professional QC personnel will be responsible for patrol inspection and final inspection to ensure that the delivery cost is 100% qualified.

6. Cleaning

After ultrasonic cleaning, products are packed with proper inner and outer packaging. Large pieces for long-distance shipping are placed in customized wooden boxes. For semiconductor use, parts are cleaned in a Class 1000 cleanroom with professional solutions and packaged in a Class 10,000 cleanroom to ensure cleanliness.
