High hardness (second only to diamond and cubic boron nitride), excellent abrasion resistance, suitable for long-term high-frequency use, outstanding high-temperature resistance, stable operation up to 1000 ℃ in the air, protective atmosphere up to 1400 ℃, low coefficient of thermal expansion (3.2x10:/ ℃), thermal shock resistance, adapt to the rapid temperature change of the environment of photovoltaic equipment.
