  • Ceramic Substrates for Electronic Control and Thermal Management Systems: Ceramic substrates produced from silicon nitride are primarily used for core chips in smart electric vehicle electronic control systems (e.g., IGBT, SiC modules). 
  • Bearings: Silicon nitride bearing balls significantly reduce friction losses, increase motor speed and efficiency, and extend service life.
  • Battery Production Materials: In lithium battery manufacturing, silicon nitride microbeads are used for ultra-fine grinding of positive and negative electrode materials due to their exceptional wear resistance (10 times more wear-resistant than zirconia beads) and low energy consumption, improving dispersion efficiency by over 30%.
