Characteristics of Alumina Ceramic Sheath

  • High heat resistance
Alumina Ceramic Base can withstand temperatures up to 1950 ℃, and even in such hot environments, it can maintain structural stability and reliable performance.
  • Excellent electrical insulation
Consistent with the overall characteristics of alumina ceramics, Alumina Ceramic sheath prevents current from "running around" in the semiconductor industry, allowing semiconductor chips to operate smoothly in high temperature and high frequency environments, ensuring the electrical safety of equipment.
  • High mechanical strength
With the high hardness of alumina, Alumina Ceramic Base has excellent wear resistance and compressive strength, capable of withstanding high-strength mechanical stress.
  • Chemical inertness
Alumina Ceramic sheath has strong resistance to corrosive media such as acid and alkali, and protects internal equipment components from corrosion in highly corrosive working environments in the chemical and environmental fields.
  • Good thermal conductivity
Alumina Ceramic Base can quickly and efficiently conduct heat in high-temperature applications, ensuring even heat transfer.
